Amidst Company Growth, DriverReach Promotes Wendy Bartz to Vice President of Customer Experience

Previously Director of Sales & Services for DriverReach, Bartz’s new role as Vice President of Customer Experience includes leading customer success, support, onboarding, and services divisions. 

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - (November 30th, 2021) - DriverReach announced this morning that effective immediately, Wendy Bartz is promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience. The role, which is new to the company, will combine all customer-facing divisions under her leadership, including customer success, support, onboarding, and services.

Bartz has been a critical component of the DriverReach team since she joined July 2019 as Director of Services. At that time, DriverReach was consulting with 18 of their carrier customers; today, the company consults more than 60 customers. The growth allowed her to build a team of industry experts to help carriers be successful in teaching marketing and recruiting best practices. In early 2021, Bartz also began leading the Sales division. Under her leadership, the company has nearly doubled this year alone, meeting the incredible demand for technology to solve trucking’s number one challenge: driver recruiting and retention.

Beginning her transportation career in 1997, Bartz has held a variety of positions  including coordinating student driver training, managing non-driver recruiting and then quickly took on the challenge of Driver Recruiter for student and experienced drivers for 4 years. She then moved into leadership roles, and finally, acting as an executive leader of driver recruiting efforts.
