CDL Recruiting Technology Onboards More Customer Relations Staff, Plans for New Office
Indianapolis, Ind. — July 23, 2019 — DriverReach, a mobile-enhanced recruiting management system for hiring CDL drivers, today announces the addition of two new directors to further accelerate DriverReach's growth, Anna Bliss, CPA as Director of Client Success and Wendy Bartz as the Director of Recruiting Services.“We’re extremely excited about the future of DriverReach with the addition of these two key roles,” said DriverReach Chief Growth Officer, Steve Iskander. “With Wendy and Anna, the team we’re building will continue to support our clients and help them thrive in today’s driver shortage environment. Both bring a high caliber of talent and experience to level-up our team and continue to move the company forward, rapidly.”
Bliss joins DriverReach with time at Ernst & Young under her belt and as the Senior Customer Success Manager at First Advantage. Leading the client success team, she will be a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction and realize potential areas of opportunity. As Director of Recruiting Services, Bartz will expand the current services provided by DriverReach, developing market penetration strategies, advising customers on best recruiting practices as well as recommending product updates. With more than 20 years of experience in CDL recruiting leadership, Bartz has a proven record of building winning teams.
“The transportation industry has been reticent to change analog practices as modern tech solutions become more fruitful,” said Bartz. “I feel strongly that DriverReach is the recruiting platform of the future for fleets. The industry must change its ways to become more progressive to attract drivers and continue to thrive.”
In addition to bringing on two new directors, DriverReach will also be moving to a new, larger office space in August 2019. The space is more than 10,000 square feet and will accommodate recent growth as well as more hires planned for later this year. DriverReach is still planning to hire an additional seven employees before 2020.
This announcement follows significant company momentum over the last several quarters, including four strategic partnerships and recognition as an endorsed partner by seven state trucking associations. DriverReach was also recently named a Finalist for the 2019 Indiana Tech Culture Awards. To stay up to date on regular growth news from DriverReach, visit www.DriverReach.com.
