Upcoming ATRI Webinar: ‘What Your Drivers Want You To Know’

Every year, the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) surveys thousands of industry professionals including carriers and drivers to identify the top issues of concern. The results of this survey are a litmus test of the top trends in the industry for the upcoming year, and this year’s results are no different.

The ongoing driver shortage was voted the #1 issue for the second year in a row, which has also contributed to increased competition amongst carriers.

Other top concerns highlighted in the ATRI survey results include:

  • Truck parking availability

  • Driver retention

  • The ELD mandate and the Hours of Service rule

Additionally, the ATRI survey highlights some significant disparities between what carriers deem a top industry issue versus professional drivers. As the industry becomes more competitive, these gaps have become more important when it comes to addressing other concerns in the industry, including driver retention.

In this upcoming webinar hosted by DriverReach, ATRI President and COO Rebecca Brewster will discuss these differences in-depth to help carrier executives understand what matters to drivers and how to deliver driver-specific solutions to overcome these gaps.
